VerifPoint to Provide Application
Processing and
Credentials Verification Services for Frontier Dental Management

VerifPoint Services, announced today the signing of a credentials verification
/ application processing agreement with Los Angeles based, Frontier Dental Management. The
contract provides for the credentials verification of their California dental
network.
Verifpoint
is the nation’s largest specialty healthcare credentials verification
organization (CVO) in the country.
VerifPoint currently provides credentialing services to over 60,
medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, and physical therapy provider networks
nationwide. VerifPoint’s practitioner
database currently houses credentialing information for 1.8 million U.S.
healthcare practitioners.

LastAPP.com will also provide
VerifPoint assistance with Frontier Dental Management’s provider credentialing
applications. This online tool stores and uses practitioner data to create
pre-populated credentialing forms with a click of a button. Informative
features on LastAPP will help an administrator to maintain a practitioner’s
data by identifying expired or missing items. The turnaround time it takes for
the requesting health plan to receive the practitioner’s credentials can be
greatly reduced because a practice will not have to wait for the health plan to
send the form to the practice. Administrators will also be inclined to complete
the forms when most of the data entry has been completed for them.
